Exploring practices and techniques of mindfulness through MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction)

  • Learn to meditate or deepen your existing meditation practice - guided meditation

  • Open awareness of practicing mindfulness - mindful movement (gentle Hatha Yoga)

  • Open awareness of practicing mindfulness - walking meditation

  • Open awareness of practicing mindfulness - body scan

  • Identifying more clearly our stressors and effective strategies to manage/cope with stress 

  • Fostering connection and enjoying a shared sense of community through group practice, knowledge, and sharing

Please Bring::
- A yoga mat or towel
- A cushion or Zafu (if you have one)
- Water bottle
- Notebook and pen
- Warm clothing and comfortable shoes: walking meditation will be outdoors
- A favorite poem or short reading to share (optional)
