An award-winning multi-disciplinary artist, composer, and musician, Sörne’s 5-octave voice is at the core of his work. He’s celebrated for his hypnotic vocal collages, infused with primal energy and emotional depth that feel otherworldly. As Red River Noise puts it, “Sörne sounds of the future, fearlessly gazing back at you, wrapped in mysticism.”
Named a rising star by Rolling Stone and NPR, Sörne has performed at renowned venues like Art Basel, Miami The Walker Center for Performing Arts, Sundance Film Festival, Irving Plaza, and the Fillmore Theatre.
His unique talents have led to collaborations with artists like Robin Finck (Nine Inch Nails), TV on the Radio, CocoRosie, Gary Numan, Beats Antique, and composer Bear McCreary. His music has also been featured in projects like The Witcher: Blood Origin (Netflix), American Horror Story (FX), Life After Gravity (3DR), and more.
Sörne’s latest project is a 330-page graphic novel, Martyr Loser King, co-created with musician, poet, and actor Saul Williams, set for international release through First: Second Books (Macmillan).
